Established in 2009, we're a small but perfectly formed team here at Paradise. Some might say quirky...but we've all been called worse! Collectively, we have over 50 years experience in the furniture industry, so when we say that we're bed/mattress and sofa specialists, we really do mean it!

We initially started with Beds of Paradise (which is located at 1 Paradise Road, which explains the business name/play on words). We wanted our shop to be different to other retailers, where there are just rows of beds, so we decided to throw home accessories and giftware into the mix, so it actually felt like a home, rather than a big 'tin shed'.

This tactic paid off and after a successful few years, the shop at 48 High Street came up for sale, so we bit the bullet and decided to expand into sofas and living/dining room furniture. This also meant we could massively expand our range of quirky and hugely popular giftware ranges. Living in Paradise was born in 2013!

We got really well supported by our loyal customers, so when 50 High Street became available in 2015, we decided to take this on too, as it was next door, so we could knock through from number 48 and it gave us some extra and much-needed space and a beautiful corner window display, which basically connects the Paradise Road and High Street shops together. We remain at these addresses today.

All of us work hard to put you, our lovely customers, at the heart of everything we do. Customer service is our number one priority and we believe that's why we continue to grow and be successful. For a relatively small company, our brand is very well known in Norfolk and Cambridgeshire. This makes us proud.

Whilst you can make your purchases online, we'd much rather you come in to see us. That way you can see (and feel) what you're buying and, let's be honest, it's vital that your bed or sofa is comfy!

We've already mentioned that we're not run-of-the-mill and our shops (and staff!) need to be experienced in person...so what are you waiting for?!
